Position Title: Closing Coordinator

Position Description: Responsible for the seamless customer homebuying and homebuilding experience from contract through closing.

Responsibilities and Duties:

o Process ratified Contracts of Sale & Prepare Lot Specific Contract Cover Sheet.

o Support the operations team, maintain home buyer updates thru the building process.

o Administer and track all aspects of initial sales contracts and subsequent items received including but not limited to: (Options addendums, Additional Deposits, Contract addendums and Change Orders etc. to Lender, Closing Agent).

o Schedule YBHNW Orientation, First Walk and Final Walk/Prepare Home Buyers Owner’s Manual.

o Coordinate the Closing Date with the Construction Team, Purchaser and Lender.

o Provide weekly/bi-weekly emails to all parties thru the entire closing process.

o Maintain and update accuracy on the Closing Report.

o Review and process sales contract paperwork and change orders/Prep Customer Files

o Maintain & Update Slots Closing Schedule/Attend Slots Weekly Meetings

o Coordinate with Lenders thru each closing process

o Prepare Closing Packages including Keys and Purchaser Gift

Requirements:

College degree preferred

Strong MS Office literacy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
